The Dermatology Nurses’ Association is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.

To Receive Credit:

  2. Complete/submit the posttest and evaluation.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Program Purpose:
The purpose of this activity is to enable the learner to better recognize, provide care for, and educate patients on conditions of the nails and feet commonly seen in a dermatology practice.

Learning Objectives:
Upon successful completion of this educational program, the participant should be able to:

  • Review anatomy and physiology of feet and nails.
  • Discuss normal age related changes to feet and nails.
  • Review common foot and nail disorders encountered in dermatology.
