The National Council for Skin Cancer Prevention (NCSCP) initiated "Don't Fry Day" in 2009 to educate the public about sun protection and skin cancer prevention. Members of the Dermatology Nurses' Association participate annually in "Don't Fry Day" by reinforcing sun safety facts to the people in their communities.
